Sanctuary Studios
13012 Athens Way, Los Angeles CA 90061 (new location as of Spring 2023)
Currently hosts the following events: CumUnionLAX, DenLA, Red Hanky Club. Sanctuary LAX is a large studio located south of downtown LA, just 15 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport.
Black Brick Studios
E15th Street, Downtown Los Angeles
Black Brick Studios is an 1800 sq ft beautifully designed warehouse studio with color changeable LED lighting, leather sofas, beds, a sling, a glory hole wall and projectors and TVs. There is a small kitchen and bar area (no food prep) and 90 lockers for attendees. There is a full sound system and Wi-Fi. The studio capacity is around 100 people and there is ample street parking. Currently hosts LAX Jacks, On Brick and Side Piece and is available most days of the week except Sundays between 4pm–8pm.
